I worked in the accountancy profession and consultancy for over 17 years, progressing through the ranks to gain vast experience in accountancy, tax and business development issues. I am a fellow member of several professional accountancy bodies, including the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA), Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). I have vast experience dealing with owner-managed businesses (small and medium enterprise) in the UK and overseas, with extensive research carried out about the impact of double taxation on small and medium companies whilst studying for my masters in the UK, 2019. I have specialist knowledge of Small and medium enterprises, with professional development in Financial Reporting, Audit and taxation gained through academic qualifications (BSc, MSc etc.) and professional qualifications FCCA, FIFA, FIPA, ACA, ACITN in the UK and overseas. I have worked for Nationwide Building Society as a consultant and others. I currently Lecture with the Anglia Ruskin University, teaching Accounting and mentoring students. I learned more about business through my audit experience and working for various companies in different industry sectors.
Mr. Oni Mobolaji Johnson has worked in accountancy profession for over 15 years, progressing through the ranks to gain a wide experience of accountancy, audit and tax issues. Johnson is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant (FCA), an Associate Member Certified Forensic Accountant. In addition, Johnson also specialized in Corporate Affairs issue both pre and post incorporation, lottery and casino regulations, Forensic investigation compliance services and Management consultancy. Johnson has been in court on many occasions to tender admissible evidence and has cases won base on this and many out of court settlement. He has delivered many papers in seminars both in Nigeria and oversea and has carry out some notable research. Johnson was a member of National Advisory Council Nigeria on Money Laundry 2011-15
